We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Engineer with expertise in VoIP and PBX systems to join our dynamic team. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's VoIP and PBX systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, VoIP, and PBX systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Do
• Design, configure, and deploy VoIP and PBX systems to support our business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, performance, and security.
• Manage the overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, and security and setup IT help desk from scratch.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices as per the ISO 27001 standards, and implement ISO 9001 best practices for SDLC quality where applicable.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including email, calendar, document collaboration, and communication tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network architecture, topology, and configuration.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrade tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and other members of the IT team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to VoIP and PBX systems.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP and PBX systems in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, including SIP, H.323, RTP, and RTCP.
• Experience with PBX systems, including Asterisk, Cisco CallManager, and Avaya Aura.
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx is a plus.
• Proficient in network and system administration tasks, including user account management, file permissions, and system backups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
