Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager/Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and candidates in the Visa and Payroll outsourcing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their Visa and Payroll outsourcing needs.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.

Candidate Engagement:

Interact with candidates involved in Visa and Payroll processes, ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement.

Facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure seamless cooperation.

Visa and Payroll Consultation:

Provide expert guidance on Visa processes and Payroll outsourcing, keeping abreast of industry regulations and updates.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor services accordingly.

Process Coordination:

Oversee the end-to-end Visa and Payroll outsourcing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance service efficiency.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients or candidates during Visa and Payroll processes.
Work towards swift and effective resolution, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Service, preferably in Visa and Payroll outsourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Visa processes, Payroll outsourcing, and relevant regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
