COMSATS Internet Services (CIS), Pakistan's pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates, for appointment on contract basis against the post of Manage (Web Hosting) for Islamabad Office having proven working experience in any well reputed ISP / Data Service Provider.
Details of the position and placement is as under.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of disaster recovery methods and procedures.
- Knowledge about Linux and Windows Operating Systems
- WHM / cPanel and Plesk Panel
- IIS, Apache, Exim, SmarterMail, MailEnable, FTP, DNS, Firewalls, MySQL, MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of Spamfilters, Symantec SMG and SMTP Messaging Gateways
- Knowledge about Migration of Hosting Accounts from one Server to Other and hosting panel to panel and cross panel etc
- Restoration of Services in Minimum Possible Time in Case of any Failure
- Ensuring the Security of Hosting Servers.
Must have proven working experience in any well-reputed web hosting services company
