Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage the TikTok affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and support of new affiliates.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with TikTok influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Campaign Development: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to engage affiliates and maximize their performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, campaign effectiveness, and key insights to senior management.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize affiliate strategies and tactics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, or influencer marketing. Experience with TikTok is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform and trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing and analytics tools.
Working Conditions:
- Location: This position can be remote or based in our office, depending on the candidate's location.
- Hours: Full-time position with occasional requirements for flexible working hours to accommodate campaign needs and influencer schedules.
