How We Work

We use source control management to allow us to easily integrate new features, revert deployments and store multiple revisions of your code.
We use a bug tracker to manage all our application issues, features and tasks. This gives the client the capability to add new bugs to the system and track upcoming code releases.
We use automated testing frameworks, unit testing and test driven development techniques, to push our code to the limits, so we know our code is robust and stable.
We practice agile modelling. Short and fast iterations have proven to provide excellent results.
We design our systems thoroughly before commencing work. It wouldn't be unusual for us to put together different UML artefacts including: activity diagrams, class diagrams, collaboration diagrams, component diagrams, deployment diagrams, sequence diagrams, statechart diagrams, and use case diagrams.
We adhere to framework coding standards. All of our code is tested for correct formatting to improve the maintainability of the codebase between developers.
We use static code analysis to detect common coding mistakes, anti-patterns and design pitfalls.
We implement peer code reviews before code is deployed. This ensures that all codes is viewed by at least two developers and, all features have been implemented in the most suitable way.
We use continuous integration servers so all of our automated testing systems are applied continuously throughout the development cycle and before any code changes are deployed.
