Inbox was set up by a group of 4 individuals, 3 of them were in the management and 1 was a silent partner. In 2004, The Dawood Group - a local conglomerate with interests in chemicals, textile, fertilizers, finance and the technology sectors acquired 51 per cent shareholding in the company.
