Reports to: Manager HR

 PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source suitable candidates as per the provided JD using online portal such as CV Library, Indeed, Linkedin and company internal CV database.
  • Posting job adverts on job boards and observing them on a regular basis. Shortlist candidates who apply on the job advertisements and forward to the senior management for further review.
  • Conduct initial screening interview and shortlist candidates on the basis of the quality of their answers and job suitability.
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Sending out interview reminders to the candidates to make sure they attend the interview.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other related documents.
  • Conducting thorough background checks, previous employment reference checks etc.
  •  Conducting thorough document checks and making sure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain a recruitment log with details of every candidate on every stage of their recruitment process.
  • Work on any recruitment and/or HR-related reports with accuracy.
  • Any other recruitment and HR-related tasks assigned by the senior management.
