1. Designing and developing training programs as per need and execute accordingly.
  2. Responsible to designed TNA with in Department to identify performance/skill gaps to improve employee job performance.
  3. Responsible for new employee’s orientation and training of new associates at all level.
  4. Partnered department heads to craft personal development of the staff.
  5. Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  6. Supervise technical training for staff and non-staff employees.
  7. Create brochures and training materials.
  8. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
  9. Create testing and evaluation processes of training.
  10. Prepare and implement training budget.
  11. Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
  12. Conduct open class training of all the company employees.
  13. Publish monthly, annually training summary reports.
