  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits management.
