We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Officer to be the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Registration and Invoicing:
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Accurately enroll patients in the system, documenting their personal details and the services they seek.
- Manage invoicing and billing, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and payments are processed efficiently.
Lead Coordination and Communication:
- Maintain direct communication with the call center team to receive and follow up on patient leads.
- Schedule appointments based on leads provided by the call center and confirm visits with patients.
- Engage effectively with potential patients, addressing their questions and providing information on available services.
Customer Service and Patient Experience:
- Provide a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
- Educate patients about the clinic’s services, treatment options, and procedures, helping them make informed decisions.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate issues to the Clinic Manager as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, appointments, and transactions.
- Assist in inventory management for front desk supplies.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless workflow and positive patient experience.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including patient management software and invoicing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a high-paced environment effectively.
