We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Officer to be the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Registration and Invoicing:
    • Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
    • Accurately enroll patients in the system, documenting their personal details and the services they seek.
    • Manage invoicing and billing, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and payments are processed efficiently.
  2. Lead Coordination and Communication:
    • Maintain direct communication with the call center team to receive and follow up on patient leads.
    • Schedule appointments based on leads provided by the call center and confirm visits with patients.
    • Engage effectively with potential patients, addressing their questions and providing information on available services.
  3. Customer Service and Patient Experience:
    • Provide a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
    • Educate patients about the clinic’s services, treatment options, and procedures, helping them make informed decisions.
    • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues to the Clinic Manager as needed.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of patient visits, appointments, and transactions.
    • Assist in inventory management for front desk supplies.
    • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless workflow and positive patient experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including patient management software and invoicing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-paced environment effectively.
