We are seeking Cold Calling Specialists to join our growing team in Lahore and play a critical role in expanding our private equity business portfolio. This role involves both outbound and inbound calling to business owners and property owners from a list of leads, with the goal of getting them to sign an NDA and introducing potential acquisition opportunities.

In addition to making calls, you will also be messaging potential leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, and email to ensure we reach as many prospects as possible. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with business owners, introduce them to our services, and hand over qualified leads to our Negotiator and Financial Analyst for further deal progression.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to business owners and property owners from a provided list of leads to introduce potential acquisition opportunities and secure NDAs.
  • Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from leads, providing information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and email, to maximize outreach and build a robust pipeline.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their interest and suitability for our services, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Negotiator and Financial Analyst to pass on qualified leads for further deal progression and support the overall sales process.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all calls, messages, and interactions in the CRM system, tracking progress and updating lead statuses.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales goals.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on the lead generation process and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing, preferably in business development or real estate.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a Western accent to effectively connect with U.S.-based clients.
  • Experience with lead generation via phone, email, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ability to manage outbound and inbound calls, multitask across multiple communication platforms, and keep accurate records of all leads and follow-ups.
  • Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of using CRM software and lead tracking tools.
