• Head overall MEP operation and maintenance using an inhouse team
• Coordinating with external contractors when needed
• Contribute in creating annual maintenance budget and ensure budget compliance
• Make and comply with maintenance schedules
• Submit monthly maintenance Reports to management
• Supervise installation and maintenance of all facility’s equipment, fixtures etc.
• Ensure maintenance tools to be maintained and available
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance of all machinery
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Purchasing of maintenance parts in coordination with procurement
• Assist projects department in the purchasing and installation of new equipment
• Close coordination and correspondence with contractors and consultants on projects, material requisition, equipment specifications.
• Keeping close coordination with top management
• Proper handling and record keeping of inventory, spares etc.
• Scrutinize new project MEP plans
• Verify project executions are as per plan
• Ensure clearance of 3rd party audits of new and running facilities
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
