Role and Responsibilities

Learning to handle import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.
Assisting in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and conducting regular stock checks.
Supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
Participating in quality checks of incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Coordinating with logistics providers for transportation and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Familiarizing yourself with inventory management systems and software used for tracking shipments and maintaining records.
Adhering to import regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and warehouse operations.
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to meet organizational goals.
