We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.

This role will also be responsible for managing the Human Resources (HR) department. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Lalamusa office, ensuring efficient functioning and productivity.
  • Manage the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and performance management
  • .Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with the chief executives for reporting, budgeting, and alignment with company-wide goals.
  • Handle payroll, employee records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 1 to 2 years of experience in managing office operations and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
