We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with at least a year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and screen candidates for Accounting and marketing roles.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  •  At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
