Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, and more.
Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and execute design projects from start to finish.
Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Take feedback from senior designers and make necessary adjustments to improve design quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design skills.

Requirements:

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Previous internship or work experience in a design role.
