Demand to hire fresher or experienced persons for this post of a Customer Service Representative
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics
- Handle customer requests as per company-set standards
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Participate in digital marketing activities,
- Data entry in various platforms
- Keep product pricing, images, new products, and descriptions up to date.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially with Excel good typing skills
- Preferably should have 2 years of experience
Job Placement:
- Full-time (11:00 AM – 08:00 PM)
