Therapist

We are hiring Occupational Therapists, Behavior Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Play Therapists to work with autistic children. The ideal candidates will have a background in their respective fields, experience working with children with special needs, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapists:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve daily living skills, fine motor skills, and sensory integration.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to create a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
Monitor and assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Behavior Therapists:

Design and deliver behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles.
Track and analyze behavior data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with families to provide training and support in managing behaviors at home.

Speech Therapists:

Conduct assessments and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
Create and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance communication skills.
Work with families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.

Play Therapists:

Use play-based techniques to help children express themselves, build social skills, and work through emotional challenges.
Develop therapeutic play activities tailored to each child’s needs.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and grow.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s related field.

Experience: Previous experience working with children with autism and other special needs is highly preferred.

Certifications: Relevant certifications and licensure are a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Training: Additional training in autism spectrum disorders or related fields is advantageous.
