We are seeking an Admission Counselor to join our team and to assist prospective students admission process for 4-Year undergraduate degree program i.e. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Canadian College of Science & Technology, which is an affiliated college from University of Karachi. Hence, BBA Degree will be awarded by University of Karachi after successful completion of UGrade Program.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to students throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information and guidance to prospective students and families about admission requirements, program options, and financial aid.
Manage and evaluate applications and supporting documents to determine eligibility for admission.
Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their interests, goals, and suitability for the program.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and enroll a diverse student population.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets by converting leads into enrolled students.
Collaborate with academic departments and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission process.
Attend and represent the institution at college fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the institution and recruit prospective students.
Stay up to date on trends and changes in the admissions landscape to ensure the institution's competitiveness.
Earn commission for successful enrollment of students on and beyond the admissions target.
