Recovery Officer

We CA Gold City Housing Scheme are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Recovery Officer to join our team and help ensure the timely collection of dues from our clients. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including installments collection, pending payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients.
Contact residents via phone, email, or in-person to remind them of overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within the guidelines set by the CA GOLD CITY.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions related to recovery efforts.
Send out reminder notices, final notices, and other relevant correspondence to clients.
Respond to inquiries from clients about their accounts and provide clear and concise information.
Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding dues and recovery rates.
Handle disputes and complaints from residents professionally and empathetically.
