We are seeking a talented and creative Architect / Interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and preferably experience working in housing societies. This role will involve planning, designing, and overseeing projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models as required.
- Conduct site visits to oversee the project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in architectural design; experience within a housing society is preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative and functional design solutions.
