We are currently looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Amazon's advertising platform, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing client accounts on Amazon, conducting keyword research, monitoring performance, auditing accounts, and delivering exceptional client support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising campaigns through keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct audits of client accounts and suggest optimizations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address their inquiries.
- Efficiently manage tasks and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute detailed performance reports.
- Lead client meetings to discuss campaign strategies.
- Manage project scope and escalate issues as necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends and explore new tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PPC Manager.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of various Amazon tools and features.
- Intermediate skills in A/B testing and PPC reporting.
- Proficiency in keyword research, PPC management, and client communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring.
