QUALIFICATION: Minimum Qualification required for this post is MS/BS Chemistry.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum 3-5 years of experience is required for this post in paint industry

Develop, improve, and customize equipment, products, formulas, analytical methods, and processes.
Consult with engineers and scientists on analysis, interpretation, and development of tests.
Induce reactions to chemical substances with light, energy, heat, and chemical catalysts.
Sound knowledge of all kinds of paint formulation.
Good knowledge of chemicals used in paint manufacturing.
Develop and publish raw material and product specification.
Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions.
Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests.
In collaboration with purchasing, source, fabricate, and approve new chemicals and packaging materials.
Continue to research and maintain a working knowledge of industry and product trends that support new paint product development.
