We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our Overseas Education services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to students and their families throughout the process of applying for education abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on the requirements and processes for studying abroad, including visa applications, university admissions, and scholarship opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding overseas education programs.
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation and liaising with educational institutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs and admission criteria for countries like Australia, the USA, the UK, and Europe.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with students and ensure a smooth application process.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Knowledge of overseas education procedures is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor
