- Actively identify and reach out to potential carriers (owner-operators, small trucking companies) in the USA to promote our dispatch services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
- Effectively present and communicate the value of our services through phone, email, and video calls.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the trucking and logistics industry to better serve clients.
