We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. The Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the buildings, including receiving rent and maintaining rental books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and recording rent payments from tenants
- Maintaining accurate rental books and records
- Communicating with tenants regarding lease agreements and rental payments
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance for the building
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Addressing tenant concerns and resolving any disputes that may arise
- Conducting regular inspections of the property and addressing any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or building maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
