We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team at a new fast food restaurant, yet to be established.

If you have a flair for cooking and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items, including burgers, wraps, fries, and other signature dishes, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Assist in developing exciting and innovative recipes, ensuring they meet customer expectations and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace, following all health and safety regulations. There will absolutely be no compromise on cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage and monitor stock levels, ensure timely ordering of ingredients, and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and with a high level of satisfaction.
Work closely with the restaurant management and other staff members to achieve business goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow company policies regarding portion control, cooking techniques, and hygiene.

Requirements:

Diploma in cookery is preferred but not necessary. Minimum education should be FA/FSC with good English reading comprehension ability.
Proven experience as a cook in a fast food or restaurant setting. (Minimum of 3 years)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to relocate to Kohat City and flexibility for future relocation to Peshawar or Islamabad if needed.
Applicant fluent in Pashto and Urdu will be preferred. Fluency in Pashto is not required, but we would like someone with at least basic understanding of Pashto.

The restaurant will specialize in unique burgers, including Kabuli burgers, along with a variety of classic favorites like crispy fries, cold beverages, and decadent desserts such as Mantu. Our goal is to create a casual, welcoming atmosphere where families and individuals alike can enjoy great food at affordable prices. With a focus on fresh ingredients, innovative recipes, and convenience, we aim to stand out in the fast food market. Additionally, we'll offer family deals, ensuring there's something for everyone. Though the restaurant is yet to be established, it is envisioned as a brand that brings people together, starting in Kohat City with plans to expand to Peshawar or Islamabad in the future.
