Data Entry / Customer Services Agent

A well established company is seeking a permanent Data Entry & Customer Services Agent. He should possess attention to detail and a decent understanding of English. This is a rotating shift position based in Gulberg, Lahore.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately enter, update and verify data into various systems.
Review data entered into the database to ensure accuracy.
Answer client's incoming chat/email/call.
Identify and assess customers’ needs accurately.
Resolve application questions and queries.

We are seeking the following skills and qualities:

High attention to detail.
Excellent level of accuracy.
Good phone manners.
Good written English and communications skills.
Computer & Internet Browsing
Desire to learn.
Patience and friendliness.
Call Center Experience preferred.
B.Com. or equivalent Commerce degree preferred.
