- Configure Network/VoIP/IP-TV CPE Devices (Router/ONU/ONT/Switches/ATA/STB)
- Troubleshoot network/fiber issues faced by the customer
- Visit onsite to fix customer's issues if needed
Qualifications / Skills
- Have deep knowledge of MS Windows all versions
- Networking hands-on experience
- IP/Netmask/Gateway/Router/Repeater/CPE/IP-phone/Mobile Apps etc.
