We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Solar Sales and Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with potential customers, and generate leads for our solar energy products and services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into sales through effective communication and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our solar energy solutions.
  • Create engaging content (including posts, videos, and graphics) tailored to different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers to build relationships and address inquiries.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize social media platforms to identify and connect with potential customers interested in solar energy.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to our website or landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Sales and Conversion:

  • Follow up on leads generated through social media channels and other marketing initiatives.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Provide post-sales support and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.
  • Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product/service improvements and future marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy industry trends, technologies, and regulations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
