We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Boxes Xpert Hub, a leading packaging solutions provider. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry, and possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue targets in the packaging industry.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to reach personal and team goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Account Management: Oversee key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction with timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging solutions, materials, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Driven to exceed targets, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
