Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Jira, Postman, AWS, and Splunk, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading key projects, ensuring project success, and mentoring team members, including helping them to fast-track their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
Utilize Jira to manage and track project tasks, bugs, and improvements.
Employ Postman for API testing and validation.
Leverage AWS to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.
Use Splunk to monitor, analyze, and visualize data to ensure system performance and security.
Provide mentorship and training to team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
