• Shall be responsible for human resource planning and talent acquisition 
  • Shall be responsible for developing  detailed job descriptions/manuals
  • Plan Training programs for employees  and prepare Organizational development plans 
  • Shall develop  career growth plans and make succession plans
  • Develop Performance management matrix to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and deliverance
  • Develop HR policies which maintain balance between employee satisfaction and Organizational growth /profit objectives
  • Shall be responsible for development of  SOPs for all business functions
  • Code of Conduct for employees and Limit of Authority Manuals  in accordane with all relevant laws of Pakistan
  • Shall be responsible for developing and strengthening of a progressive, dynamic and vibrant culture which lays strong emphasis on personal ethics, respect, team-work, Ownership, customer service, innovation and creativity.
  • Shall be responsible for all HR administrative functions including documentation of salaries, bonuses & incentives, performance appraisals, personal record
