Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, working closely with department heads to ensure targets are met and costs are controlled.
Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax returns, and manage audits.
Internal Controls: Establish, monitor, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Cost Accounting: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local regulatory requirements.
Management Reporting: Provide management with insightful financial reports, assisting in decision-making and strategic planning.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: ACCA, CA, or CA finalist status.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control.
Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Sialkot, Pakistan.

Desired Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards in Pakistan.
