We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of BlueProperties.com.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Identify potential clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in property buying, selling, or investment decisions.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
3. Market Research
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
4. Site Visits and Presentations
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Urdu (both verbal and written).
