Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform content creation and strategy.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.
- Assist in the creation of visual content, including graphics, videos, and photos, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve our social media presence.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
