Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and maintain & prepare customer lists / database.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquires and provide information to customers & Leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Required Skills:
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to clients.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience as a Tele-sales representative or in a related sales/customer service position.
- Preferably, previous involvement in outbound tele-sales or a similar sales role.
- Capacity to comprehend and effectively communicate product details to clients.
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making proficiencies.
- At least 1 year of international call center or business development experience in telephone sales within the International market.
