As a Digital Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and marketing expertise to drive impactful online campaigns that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Design multi-channel strategies including social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns, With a focus on Ecom platforms.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams for cohesive content direction, communication, and execution.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively.

3. Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Create and manage social media content calendars.
  • Develop engaging and brand-consistent social media posts.
  • Use performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on social media platform updates and best practices.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with key insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Present results and strategies clearly and persuasively to clients.

5. Client Collaboration:

  • Serve as a team support to the Client Relations Manager for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships by aligning client goals with marketing performance.

6. Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Introduce innovative marketing approaches leveraging emerging technologies.

7. Team Leadership:

  • Mentor junior strategists and marketing team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on strategy development.
  • Proven success in executing multi-platform digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles in digital campaigns.
