We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team! If you have strong communication and coordination skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Call Area Sales Managers (A.S.M) or distributor setup to mark attendance and verify route plans.
- Record team attendance and sales reports in Excel.
- Share monthly target vs. achievement reports and motivate the sales team.
- Verify pending orders with A.S.M and coordinate with the supply department.
- Track distributor dues and follow up for timely payments.
- Ensure all marketing tools and publicity materials are available in respective areas.
- Share updates about TV/Print media activities with the team.
- Address market requirements for empty boxes, damaged stock, and market bookings.
- Ensure timely delivery of online orders.
Weekly Tasks:
- Share target vs. achievement reports with the company’s director.
- Collect and review stock reports from sales representatives.
Monthly Tasks:
- Compile stock positions and target vs. achievement reports.
- Verify and process expense sheets and attendance records for payroll.
- Monitor and share discount schemes with distributors and sales teams.
- Organize sales staff meetings (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
