We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you'll handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information, pricing, and promotions.
- Process sales orders, cancellations, and modifications.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of call center experience (preferable).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Sales field.
