Operations Supervisor

We seek a dynamic and efficient Virtual Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our medical practice. The successful candidate will manage office staff, including front desk personnel, medical assistants, and field technicians, ensuring high standards of operation and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management and Monitoring:

Monitor attendance of staff and prepare daily attendance reports.
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring professional-patient interactions and completion of daily tasks.
Manage the shift calendar and coordinate with senior managers to delegate sub-tasks to subordinate staff.

Task Assignment and Follow-Up:

Assign tasks to office staff, medical assistants, and field technicians, ensuring clarity and follow-up on duties.
Ensure medical assistants manage patient appointments efficiently and maintain inventory reports for restocking.

Quality Assurance:

Review the performance of field technicians, focusing on the quality of medical procedures and accuracy of paperwork.
Identify deficiencies in documentation, provide feedback, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Keep periodic reports and reminders to ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities and any additional tasks assigned.

Reporting and Coordination:

Provide regular reports on staff performance, task completion, and any shortcomings to senior management.
Coordinate effectively with senior management to ensure operational goals and staff performance are aligned.

Continuous Improvement:

Take on additional tasks as required, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing operational efficiency and patient care.
Continuously seek ways to improve practice operations and maintain high standards.
