We are seeking a dedicated Researcher / Leads Generation Specialist to join our in-house team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers who could benefit from our services and qualify them as viable leads. This role involves conducting in-depth research to gather information on potential clients and initiating contact with them through multiple channels, including texting, email, and social media. The ideal candidate is resourceful, has strong research skills, and excels in building initial connections with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Identification: Identify potential clients in the healthcare industry, especially those in need of our medical billing services, using online directories, databases, industry websites, and social media platforms.
  • Data Collection: Gather and organize accurate information, including client names, contact details, addresses, and specialties, and maintain a detailed internal database of prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of potential clients through initial research and communication to ensure they match our target customer profile.
  • Outreach & Initial Contact: Proactively reach out to potential clients through texting, emails, and social media to introduce our services, initiate interest, and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to keep them engaged and nurture interest in our offerings.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are transferred seamlessly for further engagement and conversion.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to enhance lead qualification strategies.
  • Report Generation: Provide regular reports on research findings, lead generation activities, and the progress of outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in research, lead generation, or customer outreach, ideally within the healthcare or medical billing sector.
  • Strong internet research skills and proficiency in using online databases, social media, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone and through email.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic office environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
  • Comfortable with night shifts; ability to work effectively from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
