- Oversee the production process from raw materials to finished products, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and operations, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Train and mentor production personnel on proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in steel manufacturing technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to develop schedules that meet production targets and customer demands.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower and equipment
