Design, implement, and maintain electronic and instrumentation systems for various processes within the plant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems with overall plant operations.
Perform calibration and routine maintenance of electronic and instrumentation equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of automation and control systems for efficient and optimized manufacturing processes. Implement upgrades and modifications to existing control systems.
Collect and analyze data from electronic and instrumentation systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Prepare regular reports on system performance, highlighting opportunities for enhancement.
Work closely with mechanical and process engineers to integrate electronic and instrumentation solutions into the overall plant infrastructure. Provide technical support and expertise during the design and implementation of new projects.
Ensure that all electronic and instrumentation systems comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
