Compliance Oversight:

Monitor and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Assessment:

Perform comprehensive risk assessments for various processes within the plant. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and hazards.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed incident records and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Training and Awareness:

Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols. Keep employees informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.

Emergency Preparedness:

Establish and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and communication protocols. Conduct regular drills to ensure the readiness of employees in emergency situations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to HSE compliance. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.

Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental performance. Stay updated on industry developments and proactively suggest improvements to existing HSE programs
