We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of call center experience and be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. This position requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Handle escalated calls with patience and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
