Research Analyst

Bhayani Securities Pvt. Ltd., a leading entity on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, is on the lookout for a highly analytical and insightful Research Analyst to join our team. This role is at the heart of our operations, focusing on deriving meaningful insights from market data and trends to craft in-depth research reports that guide our clients' investment decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing complex datasets, forecasting market movements, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Generate high-quality research reports offering deep insights into the stock market, aimed at empowering clients with strategic investment information.
Employ various research methodologies such as data analysis, surveys, and focus groups to gather critical information.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align research initiatives with business goals and client needs.
Maintain a robust database of market research, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
Apply statistical modeling and data visualization techniques to interpret research findings and forecast market trends.
Regularly present research outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and strategic advice.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in research, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or stock market domain.
Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R, Stata), database management (SQL), and data visualization tools (Tableau).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to create compelling research reports and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
