We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team!

What You'll Do:

Guest Service Excellence: Check-in guests, verify payment, assign rooms, and handle guest requests.
Financial Accuracy: Process payments, manage billing, and ensure financial procedures are followed.
Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead staff, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Communication: Be the main point of contact for guests and staff, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

What We Need:

Previous experience in hospitality or management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel systems and financial procedures.
A passion for guest service and team collaboration.
