We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and messages, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in software applications and technology
- Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
