Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our clients, managing accounts, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing financial guidance and solutions.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the financial health of clients and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasting based on market trends and client expectations.

Account Maintenance:

  • Oversee day-to-day account activities, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts for discrepancies and implement corrective measures as needed.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure client accounts comply with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to clients on financial compliance and risk management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to address client needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the finance team to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  7. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
